Welcome to the CRCBFA Blog!

Who Is the CRCBFA? The Columbia River Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association [CRCBFA] is a group of more than 40 licensed Customs House Brokers and Freight Forwarders. We focus on maintaining the flow of legitimate, international trade, and education. In addition to jointly sponsoring sessions with other trade organizations and government agencies, the CRCBFA gathers on the the 3rd Wednesday of every month, from September through June, for our General Membership Meeting. At these monthly luncheons, we meet to listen to and engage with our highly-esteemed guest speakers, who address a full range of issues pertinent to the international trade industry. Why Write a Blog? As an association, we have taken a renewed interest in strengthening our online presence. We desire to create industry-related content that teaches and informs both members and non-members alike. Posts will include summaries of CRCBFA events, CRCBFA committee reports, discussion of current events, spotlights on industry professionals, and more.
