This seminar is designed to update and inform Custom Brokers and Importers on the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), which signed into law on January 4, 2011. The FSMA aims to proactively ensure the safety of the U.S. food supply by shifting focus from responding to contamination to preventing it altogether. Seminar topics will include:

He has argued cases requiring interpretation of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act before the United States Court of Appeals. He co-founded Registrar Corp in 2003. Registrar Corp provides compliance services for manufacturers, exporters, and importers regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
