The CRCBFA is organized to protect and further the business and interests of Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders in the Columbia River Region, to promote the exchange of common ideas and problems, and to develop a cordial relationship among its members. The CRCBFA reminds all event participants that various state and federal laws prohibit the exchange of information among competitors regarding matters pertaining to price, refusals to deal, market division, tying relationships and other topics which may infringe upon antitrust regulations. No such exchange or discussion will be tolerated during CRCBFA events or meetings. These guidelines apply not only to the formal event or meeting sessions, but to informal discussions during breaks, meals or social gatherings. Thank you for your cooperation.

CRCBFA Annual Holliday Membership Meeting and Luncheon

The CRCBFA will be welcoming Alex Strogen, Chief Commercial Officer from The Port of Vancouver USA as our guest speaker for this month's membership meeting & luncheon. Alex has more than 15 years of maritime and sales experience, including executive education programs at Kings Point Federal.
Alex will be covering the following topics during his presentation at this month’s Meeting & Luncheon.
•Dynamics that are playing into our favor here in the Pacific Northwest with increasing
vessel and truck costs
•The River wide initiative to open up the River to be a viable
gateway for project related cargoes
•How the River can and is taking advantage of Canadian
