Retroactove GSP Renewal through the Trade Preferences Extension Act of 2015 was signed by the President on June 29th, 2015. Thankfully, GSP will be retroactive, as it has not been in place for 2 years. When GSP was renewed retroactively in 2011, CBP had an automated GSP refund process for entries which had the Special Program Indicator “A”. Will it be the case this time around?

Trade Promotion Authority has passed! Now time to cross our fingers for passage of the TPP.

BNSF Railway has reduced free time, is increasing storage charges, and is now counting Sunday as chargeable time. Effective August 17, 2015. Click HERE to read more details about which ports of entry will be effected.
